Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began training in the combat sports. After training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd was able to win three fights consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of her opponents were finished within the first few minutes. She then went back to WCFC in which she beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia beat Aspen to defeat her in an unanimous decision. This put the mark of a loss on Aspen's records for amateur. Ladd recovered from the loss in the final by beating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, which brought her record to 8-1. Aspen was signed to Invicta FC in 2015 to start her journey in professional boxing. At InvictaFC 11, she had her first professional bout. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing a 1st-round TKO. Invicta Fighter Championships 16. She won the following match against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen used superior wrestling to beat McGill in the third round via TKO. Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18, which was catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen dominated Hoy and finished her in the second round via TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her last bout for the organization. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks defeated by unanimity. Her UFC debut came at UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina with a combination of ground and pound. She won the TKO round later in the 2nd. She continued to dominate and scored a more impressive win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd defeated Evinger in the opening round and got an outstanding performance bonus. Sijara Eubanks from Invicta FC was her opponent for an rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. This was her first big fight. Ladd was victorious in the unanimous decision after some great exchanges with the fighters, got an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie only needed 16 seconds to finish Ladd and her streak. After a break of a few seconds after which she went on to beat Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. As a last-minute replacement to her UFC match, she faced Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. She lost by unanimous decision.
