Tito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. His birth name is Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He lived in Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is of half Mexican descendant from his paternal lineage is half Mexican. His father is Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito.
